Namaste & Hello!
I'm Parul Jain and this is My Story!
I began my career as a Chartered Accountant (C.A.), diving deep into numbers, spreadsheets, and audits. Yoga first entered my life during the intense preparation for my C.A. exams. At that time, yoga was merely a series of asanas- a physical activity to keep me active and energized during long study hours. Little did I know that this would become a profound part of my life.

After clearing my exams, I started my corporate career, working with reputed organizations. The corporate world came with its own challenges- long hours, tight deadlines, and balancing work and personal life. During this time, yoga became more than just a fitness routine- it became my anchor. It helped me manage stress, improve my health, and unlock my inner creativity. Issues like back pain and tennis elbow that crept in from long working hours found relief through consistent practice.

Inspired by these positive changes, I delved deeper into the subject. I read extensively, earned various certifications and degrees, and pursued advanced teacher training courses. This journey opened my eyes to the fact that yoga is not just about physical postures- it’s a holistic practice that transforms both the body and mind.

Balancing my corporate career with my passion for yoga has been incredibly fulfilling. Teaching yoga has given me the opportunity to connect with people from different walks of life, helping them address various health challenges and discover the benefits of yoga. The practice has laid a strong foundation of BALANCE in my life- allowing me to thrive both professionally and personally.

As I continue to grow in this journey, I aim to inspire others to prioritize their well-being and find harmony in their busy lives. After all, as the saying goes, "If you never go, you will never know." On this journey, the sky is truly the limit!
